Scope and sender
MCRENGINE LLC’s planned Demo & Sales SMS/MMS program uses 888-700-8456 for the fictional issue/full-name/service-address intake, completion and public sales welcome link, requested human sales conversations and separately written-consented marketing. The public welcome page at https://mcrengine.com/#demo acknowledges completion. The sales video and separately authenticated workspace exploration are being prepared. Workspace access is not granted by the link, and this initial filing does not include participant-operated or coworker SMS/MMS. Unrelated commercial terms are unchanged.
Information and purposes
We use phone/contact information, versioned consent and revocation records, call/menu actions, demonstration issue/full-name/service-address entries and permission-cleared media, sales questions, separately authorized workspace-access/session information and delivery/security records to provide requested communication and support, protect the program and meet applicable requirements. Use fictional names and addresses in the demonstration; do not provide private customer records or media you lack permission to use. Marketing requires separate valid express written consent.
Authorized sales and support access
Authorized MCREngine personnel handle demonstration and requested sales/support information within their assigned roles. Consent evidence and recipient eligibility remain private to the participant and necessary authorized personnel. Other prospects and production customers do not gain access. Workspace exploration requires separate verification and authorization. This initial messaging program includes no participant-operated SMS/MMS or verified coworker messaging.
Necessary service-provider processing
We use Twilio for calls and SMS/MMS and necessary service providers for hosting, storage, message processing and support. These providers process information needed to deliver and protect the requested program on MCREngine's behalf, subject to applicable restrictions. This paragraph does not authorize selling, renting, transferring or sharing SMS opt-in data or consent for a provider's or another party's independent marketing. The mobile-information and consent protections below apply to these activities. Providers may also process limited account, billing, network/security and legally required data under their applicable policies; this does not grant independent marketing rights to your SMS consent.
Mobile information and consent protection
MCRENGINE LLC does not sell, rent, transfer or share mobile information, text-message opt-in data or consent with affiliates or third parties for their own or unrelated marketing/promotional purposes. Consent remains your direct, purpose-specific agreement with MCRENGINE LLC, not permission for another business to message you. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.
Retention, security and requests
We retain information only as needed for the requested service, security, consent/revocation evidence and applicable legal requirements, then delete or de-identify it under the operational retention policy. Limited suppression and compliance records may need to remain to honor STOP and legal duties. We do not promise a fixed lifetime, immediate deletion, indefinite media storage or absolute security. Messaging choices
Marketing is independent of demonstration participation and requested sales questions. Declining marketing does not limit either. Reply STOP to stop all texts from 888-700-8456 or HELP for assistance. Marketing-only withdrawal disables marketing; it does not grant other messaging permission. START/UNSTOP removes a carrier block but does not renew marketing consent. Prospects can independently enroll in marketing without completing the Emergency demonstration.
